Zlata is an eleven-year-old miss who was used to live an ordinary life. She goes to school, plays piano and solfeggio, she takes tennis lessons, has sing practice, watches MTV, loves pizza, plays with mates and does all the things a child loves to do. Zlata and her p arnts spend their weekends and publish time in Crnotina, where they restored an old house. On 19th October 1991 her tonic is called up by the police reserve and has to go in that respect frequently. On 23rd October she sees terrible pictures on TV roughly the war in Dubrovnik. They send packages to Durovnik to help Srdjan, their friend and the large number there. Zlata doesnt really understand politics and is besides not really interested in it. On first March a small group of armed civilians killed a Serbian unify guest and wounded a p riest. The pursuit the whole metropolis was rich of barricades and they joined a stillness procession. In the eventide 3000 Chetniks (Serbian Nationalists) come to attack Sarajevo. On quaternary March the barricades be removed. The kids (a popular term for politicians) had come to whatever agreement.
On twenty-fourth March the blue helmets arrive in Sarajevo and they give apply to the plurality. Zlata calls her diary Mimmy, and it gives her support throughout the war. Lots of people are sledding and families are separating because they are all scared of the war. On fifth April theres gunfire coming from the hills, the war begins. Zlata and her family! are hiding in the cellar while the town is naughtily shelled. Their president is kidnapped and the piazza is bumpting worse. They spend nights and days...
